Returns Policy

Please read through our returns policy carefully as these are the Terms and Conditons you agree to when you purchase from Anitra Kloset.

Please note our return/ refund period is within 14 days of order received. We do not accept any returns after this period of time.

RETURNS
To arrange a return please email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, and a team member will assist you with your request.

Before you return your items make sure:

• The item must be in a brand new condition, unworn,unwashed and with the tags still attached.
• The items must have not been listed as a sale,clearance or promotional item.
• The item must not be marked in any way. This includes and not limited to deodorant,fake tan,makeup,no smell of perfume,smoke or body odour.

We do not offer item exchanges.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for our returns team to process your request, we will then be in contact with you.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return process.
