Shipping Policy
Anitra Kloset will process and dispatch all orders within 24hrs from the order date unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel/change the order. Once received the customer is welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our returns criteria.
All orders are sent via Australia post. Due to Covid-19, there may be delays, please refer to the link below for Australia Post updates.

If a customer spends over $200 AUD we will cover the cost of their shipping. This will automatically be applied at the time of checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
- We DO NOT ship to P.O boxes.
- We do not cover customs clearance fees your package may be subject to. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing.
- We are not responsible for packages being held at customs for whatever reason it may be.
